    Hi, as their sauna eggs, I always steamed them in my instant pot on high pressure on the rack. 😂Have you experience with that method? I was experimenting to make these at home after I encountered them in Korea. Is cooking better?

    So, what's the purpose of "sauna cooking" your eggs if the only difference is the color?

      It's not like hardboiled eggs. It has a deep roasted, nutty like flavor. Give it a try!

      Yes you can cook it in a rice cooker. If you just have the one button, just press it and give it 30 minutes or so. This should give it time to cook all the way through. Hope this helps!

    THANK YOU THANK YOU for reducing the natural sugars in this recipe. This is my ultimate favorite Korean dish, it’s very delicious. Btw would you use Asian pear for a natural flavor? Are mushrooms or jujubes a must? I just 👍👍👍👍 roo ans sunscribed.

    • @WatchMiCook
      @WatchMiCook Рік тому

      Hi! For me, the asian pears spike my numbers, so I would not use them. If you'd like to use it, I would blend down half a pear. Mushrooms and jujubes are not necessary but you can use them if you'd like. Just add it towards the end when cooking the carrots and radish. 😊

    Hi. This looks interesting. I have a couple of questions. When I go into an Asian grocery store I have no idea what I'm buying. Is there a certain flavor or type of Ddudbuki to buy? And can you recommend an alternative to heavy cream or milk? No dairy for me. Thanks.
